Qutwo, a PostScriptum company, today announced it has raised a €25M angel round at a €325M valuation from a unique set of Midas investors and unicorn founders to accelerate its mission to build a leading European AI lab for the next compute paradigm.
The next AI paradigm will be defined by compute – and it will take new infrastructure and algorithms for enterprises to tap into this opportunity. Qutwo launched in February with an exceptional team, including founders of Europe’s leading AI and quantum companies Silo AI and IQM: Peter Sarlin, Kaj-Mikael Björk and Kuan Yen Tan. Today, the company employs over 50 scientists and engineers from leading organizations like Microsoft Research, UC Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, Cambridge Uni, MIT, IBM, Nokia, Unity, HP, Huawei, and VTT.
The unmatched angel round brings together a group of top tech investors — Midas-listed investors, unicorn founders, European family offices and industry leaders — who share a conviction to build Qutwo into the AI leader for the next paradigm shift in computing.
