PS – Mission
PostScriptum is on a mission to build a generational company with AI at the core. After Peter Sarlin launched PostScriptum in 2013 alongside his research group, the company spun out a core team and an AI platform to create Silo AI in 2017. In 2024, Silo AI was sold in Europe’s largest AI acquisition to AMD.
PostScriptum, or PS, aims to supercharge the pursuit to develop state-of-the-art AI and AI-native companies that transform and create new business with AI. PS is dedicated to supporting, building, and investing in digital companies for them to reach their full potential with AI.
In 2025, PostScriptum, or PS, was reborn with more resources, a strengthened team and an updated brand to level-up its activities and accelerate building AI companies. Today, its activities includes NestAI, Qutwo, Inception Fund, and a portfolio of AI investments. As the donor behind Foundation PS, we continue to support long-term research excellence in AI for Finland’s and Europe’s competitiveness and growth.
While putting state-of-the-art AI at the core, PS does not believe in growth at any cost. With a strong foundation rooted in values, culture and brand, PS believes in balanced growth, building for the long-term, and diversifying for resilience, with the aim to grow and thrive in good and bad times.
